Harman's Paintings > Wildlife and Fishing

This painting is from a trip into the Eaglenest Range in Northern B.C. The mountain tops glowed at sunset with intense colours where Stone sheep walked along the skyline. At this elevation, the evening sky stayed bright for a long time while night fell on the valleys below. I studied the view from dusk to dark observing the changing light and deciding what moment to use in my painting.
